RMK: Snow cover thawing steadily, looking a bit
threadbare in places ... top end of neighbouring field is
largely clear now. Mean snow depth in garden is 4cm.

09-09 Tx 4.2 Tn -1.2 Tg(18-09) 0.9 RR 6.8 sss nil
(21-09 min was 2.2)

RMK: Sun tried to break through a couple of times
between 15 and 16z without really succeeding. (Nothing
on the card). Snow-cover now less than 50%.
