Hi Philip, I'm playing golf at the Bedford GC tomorrow from 10.30 a.m. and
I

wondered what the timing and extent of tomorrow's rain might be?
Regards,
Dave.

Dave ... without having access to detailed guidance, I'd
imagine moderate rain till about midday, then ocsnl scuds of
drizzle (poss rain and drizzle) mostly slight, but blown
horizontally by a fairly strong sou'wester, during the first
half of the afternoon. Bedford often escapes the persistent
warm-sector drizzle that we get in the Chilterns. It's actually
drier on average than most of south Essex with the exception
of Grays and Tilbury.

Most kind, ta. It's interesting to read your comment re. Grays, Tilbury.
Even today they had rain when we were dry, just ten miles away. Is it
something to do with the Estuary?
Dave
