Default Low Arctic temperatures

Only about thirty years of looking - but I cannot recall seeing
temperatures so low for March over the Arctic side of Canada. On the
00z 3rd March plotted chart I can see two MS48's and a MS44 over
Elsemere? Islands to the north of Baffin Island also of note is the
MS53 over western Siberia.

Cheers Pete, very refreshing to see cold reports. We get so much "warm spin"
nowadays on various websites that I feel all objectivity is being lost.

It's not easy to put a "cold spin" on our weather lately though, is it?!
