Only about thirty years of looking - but I cannot recall seeing
temperatures so low for March over the Arctic side of Canada. On the 00z 3rd March plotted chart I can see two MS48's and a MS44 over Elsemere? Islands to the north of Baffin Island also of note is the MS53 over western Siberia. |
