Most Chinese computers, even ones used by government bureaux and
educational establishments are running pirated copies of Windows apparently. The problem is so ingrained that there is no alternative. And the fact that most Chinese users are lamers and newbies to the internet makes them sitting targets fo Chinese gangsters. They might even be supplying the PWNED computers with their scum ware with the pirated copies for all we know. I dare say the same was /is true in Russia where there seems to be an effort on to get rid of such things. All this information was supplied by The Inquirer. Whether it is true or not I can't say. What is true is that the Chinese spammers don't seem to have much of a clue about the internet. |
