Default Whistlefield: Highest Temperature Since...

Highest temperature since October 28th 2006 at 15.2°C after a day of
blazing blue sky with a slow reduction in visibility. With the dominant
wind direction ENE, the land rises to 709 metres in about 3 kilometres
hence we're relatively sheltered from that direction.

Dozed in the sun for the first time this year which didn't do my aching
throat and cough much good.

Tadpoles have hatched.

That did occur to me but I can't verify it. I'm usually within a degree
or two of Glasgow Airport but Glasgow were reporting elevenish when I
was recording fifteen. Currently, Glasgow is reporting 7°C and I'm
recording 6.7°C which is a fair correlation.
