Wokingham 0900z 260 01kt 3000m HZ 1Ci300 +7.4/+4.4 QFF 1015.7 +0.5 in 3hr RMK COTRA Sky very turbid. Cirrus only just discernable, so there may be more than the 1 okta that seems to be there. Hoar frost near dawn, now gone. 09-09 Max 17.8 Min -0.2 Grass min -4.7 Rain 0.0 Sun (00-24) 10.5 -- Bernard Burton Wokingham, Berkshire, UK.
