Default April 2007 Stats - Truly Remarkable!

Of the many remarkable features of this April in Charlbury, two in
particular are worthy of mention.
1: Mean Max of 17.1C was 5.0C above the 1971-2000 mean, and the
largest positive anomaly for ANY monthly maximum since my records
began in 1990.

2. Total rainfall of 2.1 mm was the lowest for ANY month since 1990,
but using a reliable and overlapping rainfall record from a site only
250 metres from my house, it was the lowest since 1984, when 1.0 mm
was recorded, also in the April, of that year.

Remarkable is right. I see that the maximum on your _coldest_ day was
above the long-term average maximum for the month.
