When I left Coleraine, near the north coast about 1600 BST, the northerly
was keeping the temp down at about 14C. Yet by the time I arrived here at
Nutt's Corner (a few miles from Aldergrove), an hour later, it was 24C by
my car thermometer - reasonably accurate. Then at 1800 BST the northerly
reached here and the temp fell quickly by about 7 degrees.
