[WR] Cool & unsettled, but still 'warm'
Here in Devon, it may feel rather naff with predominantly cloudy skies and a
whole heap of rain recently, yet the temperatures are actually not too bad despite the weather. yeah on the times I've ever visited Devon I've always found it to be warm,
close and humid especially in all those single track lanes you have. I always related this to the Devonshire people. Often slow and slurred, your classic country yokel.
