Here it has been force 5 all morning, a good 20 mph. Tudor Hughes, Warlingham, NE Surrey, 556 ft. |

Then a few more sunny intervals, now this afternoon it is moderate rain and drizzle. Temp at 1500 12.2C Max. 14.9C Rain rate 1.0 mm/h Rain so far today 1.1mm Max gust 22 knots. It was actually quite pleasant cuting the grass in the drizzle (used to it), saved me getting sweaty in the summer humidity. Will (Haytor, Devon, 1017 feet asl) -- |

The average wind speed has been 5 to 12mph with a maximum gust so far of 25mph @ 12:30, no 26mph just a minute ago :-) Still crystal clear skies ~ 19.5°c -- Keith (Southend) http://www.southendweather.net e-mail: kreh at southendweather dot net |
