Short thunderstorm Saturday midnight in Brussels
Brussels on Sunday 27th May
Thunderstorm around midnight on Saturday night. Two distant rumbles followed by a vivid lightning flash and sharp crack of thunder quite close by. Short spell of heavy rain a few minutes later. On Sunday cloudy until early afternoon but often fairly bright. Cloud broke for a time mid-afternoon with spells of sunshine. Overcast again in the evening with light rain from 21.00 local time. Light to moderate wind backed slowly from WSW to SSW. Brussels Uccle 17.8°C - overnight minimum 12.4°C - and 2 mm rain. Brussels Airport 17.8°C - overnight minimum 13.4°C - and 7 mm.
