Market Harbourough, Leicestershire. From the look of the video image on the
news it was a funnel cloud and not a tornado.

To be fair, the weatherperson who commented on this in the broacast
specifically said that it was a "funnel cloud", as it hadn't made contact
with the ground.

All credit for getting that technicality right, although she did rather
spoil it by referring twice to a "mini-tornado"
