RMK: Looking very dark and ominous to the SW. Mod shwr at
1050z; now just spitting again. Ppn seems to be falling heavily to
the W and SW. Wind now rather spasmodic.

RMK: Several light/mod shwrs this afternoon. A complex sky,
difficult to code; its character is in the process of changing
from
an unstable to a stable one. Small amounts of Sc and Ac, with
the As layer thinning to CiCs to the west.
