Default Flood barriers going up in Bewdley

Only just in time, too, as the water is beginning to creep over the edge of
the quayside in Severnside North. It's quite exceptional for the Severn to
flood here in this way - I can't remember it happening in the 23 years I've
lived here. Still continuous moderate rain as I type.
