One thing with being on the tip of Cornwall is that it rarely gets
27C, so excessive heat is not really a problem. It's the sunshine I'm
missing.

Still currently it's rather nice out www.minack.com/min02_7ref30.htm
so possibility of a bit of bodyboarding this afternoon.

I don't like hot weather but I hate the way this continual wet weather has
saturated the ground, making it unpleasant to walk on, ride on, and
generally spoil all outdoor activities.

My ideal for summer weather is dry, low-humidity ~24C.

Vicious hail and thunderstorm on top of Cleeve Hill
this morning. Temperature dropped to 12C and the
windows inside the car were totally misted. Just
finished the round as the first drops fell :-)

Nice enough here, advantage of being on the tipo of Cornwall in
unstable air - miss the heavy showers & no sea fog. Got my
bodyboarding in, thanks to neoprene.

It would have helped if I gave the link http://www.bbc.co.uk/cornwall/webcam...penzance.shtml

Not bad for the hayfever suffers either. Not so good for the cycle commuters
though.
