I like Jack Harrison's site, does broadly what you ask for, not
definitive and with an aviation bias, but an excellent selection of
the best sites (IMHO), both technical and non-technical

Click on "Weather" (unsurprisingly!).

There are no definitive lists as far as I am aware - but you

As we are in to plugging at the moment I can recommend someone else's from
here. That is Jon's www.metbrief.com which is really good, especially for
links to all of the charts often referred to on here. Also of course, USW's
FAQ page is very good.
