Mostly to the SW but one brilliant flash and almost simultaneous crack of thunder. The heaviest of the rain has stayed just to the SW though we have had occasional heavy bursts. Mostly, though, it's just been slight to mod. Davis VP says 14.7 mm since 00z so not a notable event here. I suspect it's very different not very far to the SW. Much brighter to the S now so it looks as if the event is coming to an end here. Norman. (delete "thisbit" twice to e-mail) -- Norman Lynagh Weather Consultancy Chalfont St Giles 85m a.s.l. England |
