0850z WNW F1-2 40km 1Cu018 6Ci300 16.3/11.5 1021.7
RMK: Tr Cu hum/med (chiefly far to the north); Ci v.tenuous
with some clearly cotragen. Still some of the earlier heavy dew
remains, as I found when I went to do the ob in stockinged feet.
Neither of the last two nights have been quite as cold as Jul 8 here.

(We need 14.1h of sunshine today to reach the 200h mark --
quite remarkable considering the character of the month)
