Good morning Ian,

You are not a million miles away from me in Moulton Seas End (Lincs),
but once again you seem to have got away with the rain - I recorded
19.6mm in the 24 hours ending 0900 this morning!!

Evening Paul,

Yes we've been quite lucky the past few days. Out of interest what's
your summer rain to date? 217.3mm here, (the Western half of Northants
has had 285-300mm quite widely)

PS don't you have the tallest windmill in the UK? or is the summer
damp causing short circuits in my brain ;-))

Cheers,

Ian.

Ian,

297.2mm this summer up until 0700 this morning - has been raining
heavily since 0700 though, seems to be just a moderate drizzle now....
