Quite muggy. 0900z WSW F3-4 50+km RE-RA 1Cu010 3Sc040 11.8/10.0 1005 RMK: Cold front at 0615z accompanied by a brief burst of torrential rain. Max rate between bucket tips 109 mm/hr, Moderate rain continued till about 0745z then gradually petered out by about 0830z. Now a fine fresh day with a deep blue sky and a few scraps of Cu fra. Pressure rise of 4.1 mb in past 3 hours. 24-HR STATISTICS Max (0900-0900z): 21.7 at 1320z Min (0900-0900z): 11.8 at 0900z today Grass min (1500-0900z): 6.9 Rain (0900-0900z): 11.6 mm Norman. -- Norman Lynagh Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire 85m a.s.l.
