Default Completely different to last week's forecast

The weather has been almost opposite of that forecast last week. I seem to
recall a HP to the NE giving dry S.E'lies for here. The reality has been
dull, cool and wet with fairly LP.

Dave, S.Essex.

It's nice here at the moment. But it has been cool and unsettled. Hope
it stays this way.

He wouldn't, has he wouldn't see the stars and planets, and especially
the moon, for his forecasts.
