0850z Calm 100m -DZ FG OBSC 12.1/11.9 1018.9
RMK: Dunno when the fog came down ... there was none
at 02z when it was simply cloudy. Bare patch damp, grass
wet, hard surfaces wet.

RMK: Fog lifted quickly between 0915 and 0945z, followed
by some blue sky and intermittent sunshine, but mist and
low cloud returned by 11z and it's actually looked quite dark
at times in the last hour. Hard surfaces drying quite fast.
