Is that the reason for the phenomena called ridges and cols and some
other stuff that seems to affect the Isles more than I have noticed
happening in other areas? Not that I am particularly well up on other
regions.

It's just that a peek at the ground rules might help before I delve
once more into the summer of 1976.
