The first is set to lash the nation from October 26 to November 1 and will affect most of Britain, he said." He had better not look at GFS. They have easterlies across the UK during that period with a large high over Scandinavia. |

R That sounds as bad as ITV West news. They have managed to find an excuse to show footage of the floods in Tewkesbury and Gloucester about 3 times a week since late July. |

Interesting article from a fictional point of view. If Mr. Cornbin believes that the public should be warned immediately, then why does he not put that warning on his own web site. Of course, he wants to sensationalise the story so he can sell forecasts. £10 is a bit expensive to get a gypsy to gaze into a crystal ball isn't it? I have an open mind regarding new scientific ideas, but I am a cynic when I see a link to The Solar Weather Technique only to find a message saying it's still under construction. What, the page, the teqchnique, or both. Not only do I think Mr. Cornbin is bonkers, I think he is dangerous. I also think the daily rag who publishes his mutterings are completely irresponsible. People read this crap and believe it. Some are even frightened. OK we can laugh at this here on a news group, but not everyone has the same access and knowledge about Cornbin that we do. So Mr. Cornbin, I think a spell in Broadmoor would do you some good, you could have cosy chats with you favourite journo in the bed next to you. |

Well this friday is the first storm date predicted and it by fluke
looks very windy this weekend. Cannot see 130mph happening but if anywhere gets gales at anytime over the weekend the Express and Corbyn will be saying they got it bang on right. |
