RMK: Clear and cold overnight. Glanced out at 0620z, shallow mist
1000m. Frost more evident this morning, cars icy, patchy frost on
grass, but mostly wet with a very heavy dew. Ice still on shaded cars
at 0820z. Shallow mist has been coming and going since 0620z with
visibility down to 800m at times. Still very misty to the West and
Northwest in the Nene valley. Hardly a breath of wind. Cold crisp
morning :-))
