Default Thailand weather charts

My good friend Keiron Carroll is in Thailand where he has an apartment
high up looking over the sea, so he spends time watching storms
brewing and approaching Penang.

He has been searching for weather charts and rainfall radar for the
country without any success - anyone on here got any links I can
forward onto him please?

Thanks

Steve J
