Temperature rose during the night from a minimum of -1.0C yesterday evening.
At 0900 it is now +5.8C with a very gentle S-SW breeze. Watery sunshine with Sc/Ac/Ci layers and good visibility (can clearly see the sea beyond Teignmouth circa 10 miles away). Still patches mist and fog visible low down in the Teign valley. A fine mild morning for getting some outside jobs done.
