Default Anticyclonic Inversion

A very interesting high. Looking at some of the European temperarures this
morning it's remarkable that Sniezka on The Chez border has an air
temperature of 5.6 C and a dew point of -28C, Gives an RH of 6%. The station
is at an altitude of 1613M. Many stations are reporting these type of
temperatures and humidities at this altitude this morning.
