0950z ENE F3 800m -FG 8St002 00.0/-00.4 1028.3
RMK: Fog free when I looked out at 04z; although position
of sun is not visible, it's not terribly gloomy and the St layer
looks quite thin. Ground not frozen.

This would seem to be the case as well in St Albans with the maximum value
likely to be 2.8°C; yesterday the maximum was 3°C.
