Another poster has also had their backup batteries expire on Christmas
Day, and I'm really looking forward to replacing mine in the ipssing rain. I notice that there's now AA size lithium batteries available, promising years of use rather than the 18 months the alkalines managed in my WMR100 wireless anemometer. Anyone tried them? Any gotchas with different voltages, low temperature performance etc? Maplins have them at £4.50 for a set of four. cheers -- Keith |
