2001.

The most notable event of the month was the continuous frost (and fog)
from 3 pm on Thursay 20 to 11 am on Saturday 22nd - a total of 43 hours
of frost - an equal record for me here, with December 2005. This frost
included the lowest temperature of the year, -6.8C, early in the
morning of the 22nd.
