WR - HUGE hail storm with TS North N Yorks
Half way between Northallerton & Darlington at 20:45
Just had a good covering of hail howl against the windows for some 5 minutes leaving the ground white. A few minutes afterwards there were a few flashes of lightning and claps of thunder. Nick |

Nick Sorry to follow up but as we were driving the 8 miles out there from home at about 20:00 the car thermometer was reading 9C ! When we've driven home again at 21:30 it was reading 3C ! Thankfully the Met Office readings for Leeming agree ! Quite a quick drop that... |
