Yesterday and last night in SE Ontario, Canada was mild (from our
standards) with the temperature hovering around 0C with a brisk SW wind. About 2cm of wet snow fell overnight. Today the wind has shifted to the west with gusts to 80 km/h. The temperature is falling slowly and the sky is changeable (partly sunny to flurries). At noon EST the temperature is minus 3C. The high tomorrow should be around minus 4C. Bob |

Weather rather different over this side of the pond. The weather has just
got warmer and warmer this month after a cold(ish) start. If this warmth continues then it could give last year's near record January a run for its money. ________________ Nick G Otter Valley, Devon 80 m amsl http://www.ottervalley.co.uk |
