In contrast to further north (see above) mainly dry so far today with less
than 1mm of rain. Very mild overnight, notably minimum of 12.4C and 13.1C at
6.40 am.! I wonder how many times that temperature has been recorded at that
time in January.

Ah, but what about highest January minimum? - a bit harder to find no doubt.
Difficult to find that value for between the hours of 6.00pm to 6.00am (say)
but last night wouldn't be miles away , I would think.

OK, I've refined my readings for the 19th January 2008, keeping to my
18:00 to 18:00 climatic day. The 13.2°C was from 00:00 & 00:45hrs which
Weatherlink always runs 0z - 0z, can't change that.

Minimum was 12.9°C (18:30 -19:00), still beats 12.4°C
Maximum was 14.4°C
