Default "Feels Like"

"Feels Like", is the new term used on the BBC Weather Faorecast, as of
9:30 today.
What ever next, is 'Wind chill factor' too technical?

As we have no chance of ever seeing a 'real' -3°C it's going to 'Feel
Like' -3°C, I guess we have to imagine winter as in a virtual world!

Happy days
