But here is the evidence from Epping :: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/gesc_b/...s/baroblip.htm This was also observed and commented on in Belgium. A rise from 1034 to 1036 hPa at 11.00 UTC (12.00 local time) and then a fall back to 1034 by 13.00 can be seen on the Brussels METARs http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/current/EBBR.html The observer at St Pieters Rode near Leuven (east of Brussels) reported a rise from 1034 hPa to 1037 and then back to 1034 within 2 hours around midday local time. Same pressure peak at 12.00 local time can be seen on the Barometer graph of the site at Ransberg near Tienen http://home.scarlet.be/weerstation.r...ro_Plusdag.htm Colin Youngs Brussels |

The pressure pulse can be seen on the Wokingham data, between 06 and 07z.
