Default {WR} Haytor 28/01/08 (Back to normal)

Cloudy and dry.
Normal temperatures Max. 7.0C Min 0.7C.

Furiously sawing logs now, getting ready for the several inches of snow that are
almost certain to fall here later this week. Poss. a bit of snow even tomorrow
evening/night.

Shhhhhh :-)

I have a chocolate log on standby for the end of the week, Will ;-)
I'd be surprised if you get anything wintry tomorrow night as it doesn't
look cold enough down here and pressure remains high behind the front.

Jon.

Watch out, we've run out of logs and we know where you are! (easy - just
head for the log mountain that rises above the Tor!)

And I have just got a load of excellent ash which I am storing
tomorrow before the neighbour helps himself (as he has done three
times before Grrr). It is not related to snow as I don't really think
there is an issue with that in central Dorset...I think.

If you did I would ignore the permanently zzzzing Labradors beside me
and borrow an amazingly fierce( and brave) Pekinese two houses down!
This is the first I have met since my grandfather had two (that
regularly harrassed the postman) back in the 60s

I am hoping, incidentally, for some snow if only to get me out of an
event on Saturday.
