Lack of January air frosts
We had none here at Reading, and according to
http://www.met.rdg.ac.uk/~brugge/PREV.html there were none at Ronaldsway Bridlington Marham Brize Norton St Athan Heathrow several sites in Cornwall Plymouth Solent MRSC Guernsey Airport Valentia (assuming my program is working OK) Roger |

You can add most of Essex to those Roger !
