Air temp has just reached 15°C (Stevenson screen, open exposure). This
is the earliest date in almost 50 years daily records that 15°C has
been exceeded here. Not bad from a min this morning of -1.8°C too!

The previous earliest date to attain 15°C was 13 Feb 1998 (max
17.2°C).

I'll post the actual max reached later on today.

Stephen,

Even warmer here, with a Max of 16.6 deg C reached at around 1415.
Probably reading a degree or so high, due to exposure, but still worthy of
note.

Thinking of getting the deck chairs out, that should put an end to these
high temperatures!

Got up to 15.9C here in Bracknell (14:35z). Very dry too - humidity down to 39% at 14:48.
A bit sheltered in my garden, of course. Will be interesting to see other maxes for today.
