Surprised by the relative lowness of the Langdon Bay and Solent MRSC
maxima. I live in the SE and it's been pretty mild. However looking at
the figures for the last 24 hours for the two stations doesn't show any
obvious errors.

I noticed that too. It can't happen very often that Copley is linked with
Solent like that ! Some sort of local onshore wind effect, perhaps ?
