I have a Davis Vantage Pro 2 and Weatherlink 5.6 (which has been a bit
of trouble lately as it likes to drop the connection several times a day and if I don't catch it, I have to reboot the computer to get the program to close). Anyway...I'm looking at WeatherlinkIP now. Is it worth the cost? Easy to set up for someone with basic router knowledge? Will it upload the information the same way as 5.6 (ie...the computer interface like 5.6 where I connect and download the info)? Can I still view the information on weather underground or only on the davis page? Any other tidbits I should be aware of before putting down over 300 clams? Thanks! ![]() -- We must change the way we live, or the climate will do it for us. www.ipcc.ch/ |

I traced the similar issues here with the one at home lately installed to interference from a desk lamp just to my left. John Dann quickly steered me to possible culprits and sent me a useful e mail about it. R |
