Marked cold front in Brussels early this morning
Brussels on Saturday 1st March
Marked cold front passage around 05.00 local time with heavy rain, hail, thunder and a near gale reported at Brussels Airport http://weather.noaa.gov/weather/current/EBBR.html Dramatic fall in temperature can be seen on the graph http://193.190.137.7/~celinair/maps/...ok/metr012.gif I slept through it all and didn’t hear a thing … Mostly clear at first on Saturday but it had clouded over by mid- morning. Broken cloud with sunshine from around midday but another cloudy spell from mid-afternoon until dusk when the sky cleared again. Fresh W wind. Brussels Uccle 11.6°C - overnight minimum 5.7°C - and 9 mm rain. Brussels Airport 11.5°C - overnight minimum 4.5°C - and 9 mm.
