Scotland to the Midlands. Frontal cloud from southern Ireland to SW
England but broken cloud with some sunshine from south Wales to East Anglia
and SE England. Cloudy in the north of the Netherlands with fair-weather
cumulus over the rest of the country. Sunny on the Belgian coast and in
the centre and east of the country. Patchy cloud in the west inland.
