Default [WR] Surprisingly wet

Further to my previous response re rain/drizzle in Yorks, 9.2mm has fallen
between 1600 and 2200 from persistent heavy drizzle. Not a bad response to
the forecast!!! The radar shows persistent slight drizzle over S Yorks.
