Default [WR] Wokingham thunder

Thunder heard at Wokingham 1644z, no NNE. The associated Cb doesn't look
very close.

Knaphill, 3 miles west of Woking.

Seemed like it came straight over us here. Hail, and very loud clap of
thunder just a few minutes ago! Quite impressive really!

Default [WR] Wokingham thunder

Update (1754z) on Wokingham thunder. After a further rumble of thunder at
1705, small hail commenced at 1715, 2-3 mm dia, followed at 1720 by steady
5-6 mm hail, giving a white ground cover by 1724, at 1725 it was mostly
rain, then at 1730 a surprise close flash of lightning, c-c, and thunder.
Rain then continuous and mod/hvy, with snow flakes seen at 1743, back to
rain only at 1750, rain now easing, 1754, with clearance to north.
