rain/snow mixed - with OAT 3.6°C & DP +1.4°C, so shouldn't cause too
many problems here even if the intensity perks up.

.... (0950Z): OAT 3.5°C - steady rain for past 20 mins or so, slightly
'sleety' before that, the melting-snow element never great. Just a
damp morning now - not even impacting upon the visibility too
dramatically.

10C that's amazing! Shows how strong the sun is at this time of year. Come
to think of it I feel a little sunburned, but it might have been the
windchill ... :-)
