Graham
Yesterday's 8.3C here wasn't quite the coldest day since early January but it was one of the very few days (two) where the temperature failed to reach double figures since 18th Feb. Since Jan 1st, 62 days (out of the 82 so far) have had a day max greater than 10.0C Saw a bit of sunshine earlier on but now pouring down. Currently (10:00), 5.5C, RH 85%, DP 2.7C, 1000.6 hPa (F), Wind 4 mph NW. ________________ Nick G Otter Valley, Devon 83 m amsl http://www.ottervalley.co.uk |

![]() Since Jan 1st, 62 days (out of the 82 so far) have had a day max greater than 10.0C Since Jan 1st only 11 days (today could be the 12th) have failed to reach 10C. There was an error in my original post, as it only reached 7.5C on 3rd March. Lowest Max's this year 3rd March - 7.5C 2nd Jan - 7.9C 22nd March - 8.4C 3rd Jan - 8.5C 11th Jan - 8.5C It looks like it could be turning milder down here again soon. http://91.121.93.17/pics/Rtavn1501.png Sign of real Spring? Despite all the reports of snow around further north & east, today was
actually warmer than yesterday and nearly reached double figures with a max of 9.8C in the sunshine between the hail and rain showers. Going off a bit on the chilly side now though. Currently (19:35), 4.7C, RH 71%, DP 0.1C, 1002.0 hPa (R), Wind 10 mph NW. ________________ Nick G Otter Valley, Devon 83 m amsl http://www.ottervalley.co.uk |
