RMK: Snow started around 0430z and has probably been continuous
since then. Very slight at present but there were some mod/hvy bursts
earlier. Currently a complete cover about 4 cm deep on the grass.
Roads
and pavements are wet. Earlier there was about 6 cm on the grass and a
complete cover of about 2-3 cm on the roads. The sun is now visible
through
the cloud intermittently but the temperature is very slow to rise.
