Default [WR] S.Essex - very wet

Today could be my wettest since last October. So far 10mm of rain showers
before the main belt has even arrived. Already the third wettest day this
year.

Dave, Laindon, S.Essex.

We didn't get this much at Chelmsford I'm sure, but 4.2mm for me at
Southend-on-Sea this morning.
