Default [WR] Fareham - look no rain! (yet)

1400 GMT Rainfall Radar (Avbrief): the light rain indicated on the
Eastern banks of Southampton Water (where I am) and just into Fareham
Gosport and the middle Solent hasn't been reaching the ground so far
here... upto 1420 GMT.

Pleasantly warm at 18.9, fairly light winds, patchy brightness through
the 8/8 SC clouds with an occasional faint glimpse of blueness
visible.

The rain never did reach the ground and now, the 'danger' seems to
have passed. Weak sunshine now, looks like a dry day here, in spite of
the radar.

That was under a low over Britain? Do you think that's unusual?
